![]() Cost Effective Ways to Enjoy Festivities and Give Gifts Most of us can agree on this – we really do still get so excited for the holiday season. We don’t mind too much that Costco has been displaying Christmas lights since Labor Day, right? And did we or didn’t we start lighting up our Christmas boards on Pinterest ever since we shoved the Halloween costumes in the garage last week? Anyway, what we certainly don’t love is the price-tags attached to obligatory gifts, the steep admission prices for events that seemed like a good idea at the time, the rush fee on those Christmas photo collage cards you spent hours at night designing…and we ask ourselves again, is this really what it’s all about? What we will aim to do at GoMomGo is to help your family enjoy each other and all that western Oregon has to offer this holiday season without putting forth a lot of cash. Follow this 3-part series (beginning Friday, November 21) as we humbly invite a little more joy into your home over the next few weeks. We will cover events, resourceful ideas, and chic DIY gifts and crafts. Our first installment will include the things you should be thinking about today in order to plan your time and budget well! Then, stay tuned for exclusive GoMomGo discounts and promo codes for some of the events and stores we highlight later in this series! Tell us your favorite way to save money during Christmas in the comments or let us know if there is an event or business you'd like GoMomGo to highlight this season! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Christy Rice is a mom to two great boys.
